Home Staging
Beginning January 2027, Palmer & Pine will officially offer home staging services for occupied and vacant homes. Studies show that staged homes not only sell faster, but often for a higher price because buyers are able to emotionally connect to the space the moment they walk through the door. We believe people should walk into a home and immediately feel something. Warmth. Comfort. Possibility.
Our approach to staging is thoughtful and deeply intentional, focused on creating spaces that feel inviting, lived in, and easy to envision yourself inside of. From sourcing furnishings and decor to delivery, moving, setup, and styling, every part of our staging projects is handled by us personally. Whether you are a realtor preparing a listing or a homeowner getting ready to sell, our goal is to help bring out the heart of a home in a way that feels natural, elevated, and memorable to buyers.
