Refund policy
We truly hope that every piece you bring home from Palmer & Pine feels just
right in your space. If something isn’t quite what you expected, eligible items may be returned within fourteen days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Certain items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. This
includes sale and discounted items, seasonal pieces, limited edition items, and
gift cards. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified once it has been approved. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, excluding original
shipping costs. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card
provider to process the refund. At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you are looking for something different, you are always welcome to place a new order.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us
within forty eight hours of delivery and include photos of both the item and its
packaging. We will take care of it as quickly as possible. Our goal is to keep this process simple, fair, and transparent while honoring the standard of care we hold for everything we send out.
