Creating something that feels thoughtful from start to finish is an important part of what we do. Orders are typically processed within two to five business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During new releases or busier seasons, processing times may be slightly extended as we work through a higher volume of orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Delivery timelines will vary depending on the carrier and service selected at checkout. While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, Palmer & Pine is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please take a moment to review your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped and cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within forty eight hours of delivery and include photos of both the item and its packaging. We will review each case and do our best to make it right. While we hope every order arrives safely, Palmer & Pine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
